Graphical User Interface "EVM-Client"

Our "EVM-Client" offers an intuitive handling and a "state-of-the-art" graphical user interface which ensures a user- friendly access to the system, no comprehensive training is needed. The manifold configuration options for an individual design and handling of the application can increase the user's productivity considerably.

Besides the individual menu profiles and favorites, the user has the possibility to create short-cuts on the tool bar for frequently used functions in order to gain direct access.

The integration of hyperlinks (so-called HotSpots) at any place in the application may be useful if you want to integrate an additional web service (GoogleMaps, for example). In addition, we included an Excel download function that can be called up at any time. It enables you to easily load on-screen data into a spread sheet for further processing.

Office-Integration

All current Office products are integrated into the application in various ways. Besides the up- and download function of data from/to MS Excel, it is also possible to create MS Word or PDF documents based on any list. There also is the option to transfer these documents automatically by e-mail to predefined address data, e.g. within a workflow.
