ELOPAK Denmark goes live with PORTOLAN EVM 8.10

After a number of PORTOLAN software solutions which have already been implemented at ELOPAK’s subsidiaries, such as in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, France and Spain, the Danish subsidiary of ELOPAK has now installed PORTOLAN’s software for Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting, too. As a standard, for the installation in Denmark PORTOLAN’s successful and approved implementation method was used, consisting of a standardized implementation template which is tailored to the needs of the ELOPAK group. According to a report of the internal news “CIO’s Corner”: “The GoLive was without any major problems and this was due to the good preparation and motivation of Jesper Hansen and his team and PORTOLAN”. |
For a long time ELOPAK has been trusting on the Controlling and Cost Accounting modules of PORTOLAN at its subsidiaries all over the world. Now, at many locations of ELOPAK Financial- and Asset Accounting is added in order to complete the existing accounting environment. PORTOLAN’s software EVM is used at ELOPAK in combination with „Infor ERP LX“ and provides a significant and high-performance integration layer to the software solution of Infor.
