Remote Support
In order to provide fast support to our customers in case of problems, we employ the easy-to-use remote maintenance solution "TeamViewer". TeamViewer allows us to establish a connection to any PC or server via internet in a short period of time.

Once you have launched the program, a security warning may be prompted. Confirm this dialog by clicking on button "Run".
In the following dialog box, you will find your ID and Password, which is required by your responsible PORTOLAN contact person. Please do not give it to any other person.
