PORTOLAN extends Management Board

Ilsfeld, April 2009. The PORTOLAN Commerce Solutions GmbH has extended its management board with effect from April 4th, 2009, by granting signing authority to Mrs. Elke Nürk (47), who will now be part of the management board besides Mr. Joachim Nürk and Mr. Frank Peter Pawlak.  Mrs. Nürk has gathered extensive experience in selling business management solutions and will now be head of the marketing-/telemarketing and sales department at the PORTOLAN headquarters in Ilsfeld.
